Terms of Use

Warranty

 

All frames and lenses from Pilla Performance Eyewear are covered under warranty.  All warranty claims must be made in writing.  To file a claim, please contact Pilla Performance Eyewear at info@pillasport.com to receive a Return Authorization Number.  Securely package the product and please include your original proof of purchase, as well as your name, return address, telephone number, and your Return Authorization Number.  Please read the rest of the information below and ship product to:

 Replacements for damaged product will be mailed back to the return address as indicated at no extra cost.

Please DO NOT return the product to a dealer or retail store; the product must be shipped  directly as instructed above.  If you do not return the actual damaged product directly to Pilla Performance Eyewear, you will not be entitled to the warranty claim.

Customer pays for return shipping to Pilla Performance Eyewear.  All warranty claims are void without valid proof of purchase.  For discontinued items, Pilla Performance Eyewear reserves the right to replace the item with a similar item of similar value.

 

Lens Warranty

Pilla Performance Eyewear offers a LIFETME WARRANTY on all lenses.  All of our lenses are comprised of industry leading, bullet-resistant materials and are extremely resilient to everyday use. However, if something scratches the surface with any degree of significance, we will be happy to replace the product for you.  Upon receipt of the product, a Pilla Performance Eyewear technician will assess and determine if the product is indeed damaged and process the claim according to the following pricing schedule:

Pilla Performance Eyewear holds the right to modify pricing at its discretion. 

 

Mask/Shield: $65.00
Non-Prescription (“Plano”) Lenses: $65.00 per pair (add $10.00 for polarized or varia lens replacement)
Rx Prescription Lenses*: $225.00 per pair (add $10.00 for polarized or varia lens replacement)

 

*Changes in your prescription do not qualify for warranty replacement.

Frame Warranty

All Pilla Performance Eyewear frames are covered for ONE YEAR from date of purchase against breakage caused by defects in materials or manufacturing.  Frame warranty does not cover product altered after purchase, damage caused by normal wear and tear and damage caused by any improper or unreasonable use.  All frame warranty claims are assessed and determined at the sole discretion of Pilla Performance Eyewear technicians.
