Return Policy

Returns

 

All return requests must be made in writing within 30 days of your receipt of shipment.  To request a return, please contact Pilla Performance Eyewear at info@pillasport.com to receive a Return Authorization Number.  Securely package the product and please include your original proof of purchase, as well as your name, return address, telephone number, and your Return Authorization Number.  Please read the rest of the information below and return product by mail to:

Non-Prescription Products only:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product as noted above and we will refund to you the purchase price less a $20.00 restocking fee per lens or frame, and less shipping, handling and insurance. All returned items must be in its original condition and in its original packaging.  Lenses that are scratched will not be accepted.  Pilla recommends shipping your return via a parcel service that allows you to insure and track your shipment. 

Pilla Performance Eyewear will not be responsible for any returned items lost in shipping to our offices

 


Prescription Lenses: 

Prescription lenses are returnable only in the event of a manufacturing error by Pilla Performance Eyewear.  In the event of a manufacturing error, we will supply the customer with the appropriate prescription at no extra cost. 

Pilla Performance Eyewear is not responsible for incorrect prescriptions supplied by the customer. If we find the prescription supplied by the customer at the time of purchase to match the prescription of the lens in question, we will not be responsible for a correction.  In the event of a correction change not liable by Pilla Performance Eyewear, all further manufacturing and shipping costs will be billable back to the customer.
